Office Position Hiring Procedure
- STEP 01
- LG Display reviews the documents based on the stated qualification such as the application content, major, GPA, language skill and certification as well as LG Display's recruitment plan. (Since the letter of self-introduction is used for both document review and interview, it should be stated sincerely and honestly.)
- STEP 02
- People who passed the document screening are subject. It evaluates the overall character and aptitude for organization and work performance.
- STEP 03
- The first and second interview (group verbal interview, PT interview, etc.) evaluate the conformation to LG Display's concept of human talent, basic competency and character of the applicant.
- STEP 04
- It is conducted by the testing agency designed by LG Display.
- STEP 05
- The finally hired person will be cultivated as a member of LG Display through the OJT after the group and company training and assignment of the department.
