Factory Position Hiring Procedure
- STEP 01
- The candidate's application is reviewed for basic qualification and any false statement.
- STEP 02
- The candidates passing the document review are subject to personality test, interview and medical examination simultaneously.
- Interview: Overall evaluation of the candidate's values, character and competency
- Written test: Evaluation of basic academic achievement and evaluation of basic technical skill (electrical/electronics and mechanical)
- Personality test: Evaluation of fitness of the candidate to check if the candidate conform to LG Display's concept of human talent and jobs
- Medical examination: Conducted by a designated agency
- STEP 03
- The finally hired person is subject to in-house training and OJT.
