  • Creation of Group Outcome The business strategy and organization goals are cascaded with individual goals so that the both organization and individual goal are fulfiled.

Compensation System

    Individual and family medical expenses

    Support for medical and pharmaceutical expenses for the treatment of individual employees and their families.

    Comprehensive health checkup

    Support for regular health checkups at general hospitals for employees and their spouses.
    (Instead of the spouse, the individual employee or the spouse's immediate family member can get the examination.)

    Sick leave

    Employees who need medical treatment due to illness are granted sick leave of absence. (Part of his/her salary paid)

    Group insurance for employees

    [Death] Up to KRW 100 million, [Disease] Up to KRW 30 million, [Disability] Up to KRW 80 million paid out.

    Onsite health clinic operated in partnership with general hospitals.

  • 02. Financial Stability

    Home loans

    Some interest on loans subsidized for non-homeowners to buy or rent a home.
    Separate loan support available for employees who transfer to another location.

    Tuitions

    Tuition support for children enrolled in middle school/high school/university of employees.
    Laptops are provided to children of employees entering elementary / middle / high school as a gift.

    Support for congratulatory/condolence expenses for employees and their families

    Vacation granted and congratulatory/condolences expenses supported for personal or family events.
    In case of a funeral, helpers are dispatched and funeral supplies are provided.
    Disaster recovery fund available in the event of a disaster in a house or land.

    Optional welfare benefits points

    1 million points of optional welfare benefits are provided every year.
    (An additional 100,000 points are provided every other year)

    50% of the hotel accommodation fee for leisure purposes is subsidized.

    Leave of absence granted to employees who wish to time off for personal improvement. (Up to 1 year)

  1. 01. Career Vision Preparation Personal strength and development needed are checked using the individual performance, work experience and other data.

  3. 03. Career Coaching The detailed action plan to develop the individual's career is generated jointly with the superior and executed. Continued communications help the seamless execution.
