In order to practice Jeong-Do Management, LG has established the Code of Ethics, which serves as a standard for desirable behaviors and judgments that all executives and employees must follow, and is sharing it with all employees and stakeholders. The LG Code of Ethics consists of a declarative code of ethics and practice guidelines that provide specific principles of conduct, along with related regulations and systems.
LG Jeong-Do Management Program
LG Display operates the Ethics Bureau to systematically practice Jeong-Do Management.
The Ethics Bureau implements various programs for education and promotion and prevention of corruption in order to help all stakeholders as well as employees actively practice Jeong-Do management.

LG Display conducts Jeong-Do Management training every year in line with the positions and duties of all employees, including overseas subsidiaries.

Fraud And Corruption Reporting System
In order to prevent violations of the Code of Ethics and eradicate corruption, various reporting systems such as cyber reporting and mail are in place.
A system to protect whistleblowers is thoroughly implemented to prevent any possible harms or adverse consequenses that they might suffer due to reporting, and a reward system for reporting misconduct is also in place.
Reporting Fraud And Corruption
The types of violations subject to reporting include receiving rewards from stakeholders, unfair equity participation in business partners, lack of transparency in selecting suppliers, illegal or unfair use of company assets, manipulation of documents and coefficients, and dishonest reporting. However, slander that is not based on facts and matters related to personal privacy will not be processed.
Reports go through preliminary procedures such as confirmation by the relevant department under the principle of protecting the identity of the whistleblower, so it takes a certain amount of time to respond to the start of the investigation.
Whistleblower Protection Principle
We do not disclose the identity of the whistleblower or disclose any information implying it without the consent of the whistleblower, and will take full responsibility for any disadvantages caused by non-compliance.
If someone reports any corruption or corruption related to him/herself, it will be dealt with reasonably in consideration of the extenuating circumstances.
Investigations are carried out sequentially according to the order in which the report is received, and the investigation period may vary depending on the subject and scope of the investigation.
The truth of the report is confirmed through securing objective evidence and investigation, and the case is closed after confirmation of measures such as disciplinary actions in accordance with internal regulations.
